One Hour Mortgage

For many people, organising a mortgage or remortgage is something they feel they should sort out, but just never quite seem to get round to. If this sounds like you, perhaps The One Hour Mortgage may help.

Our aim is simple: To arrange the right mortgage for you, whilst taking no more than an hour of your time, and doing everything by phone. We will be straightforward and never pushy.

Remember, we promise not to charge you a fee for our services, and we'll search for the best deal from over 100 different lenders.

How Does It Work?

1) You should read our "Initial Disclosure Document" by clicking HERE.

2) You call the dedicated One Hour Mortgage freephone number on 08000 194040. We will explain the service, and if you wish to proceed, we will arrange a time for a qualified adviser to call you back. The lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday To Friday, although the callback can be outside these times if this is more convenient to you.

3) One of our qualified advisers will call you at the agreed time to take relevant details and talk you through your options. This normally takes no more than half an hour, but we would be delighted to take as long as is needed to answer all your questions. We will also arrange another time to ring you back.

4) The same adviser, who will be responsible for your case through to completion, will call you back with their recommendations for the best deal for you. They will also arrange to send you written details by email or post. At no point after this will we call to follow up, unless a better deal becomes available and you have asked us to let you know.

5) Once you have confirmed that you wish to proceed, we will send out an application pack, containing a pre-completed application form for the lender of your choice and a checklist for other requirements. We'll always need some ID, like a passport and a utility bill. Some lenders or deals may also require further documentation, or perhaps a cheque for a valuation or other fee. There will also be a prepaid "Special Delivery" envelope to send back the items. You just need to pop this into a post office and keep proof of posting, to ensure your documents reach us safely.

6) Once we recieve all the items, we will process your application with the lender. We'll keep you up to date with the progress of the application at regular intervals, and your personal adviser is at the end of the phone to answer any queries you may have!
