Nothing, Nada, Nowt.

Some people are a bit suspicious of our policy of not charging a fee. They seem to think there must be a catch. We understand why they could think that. After all, by dealing with us, you get a choice from loads more products than if you went straight to a lender or most estate agents. Also, some brokers charge thousands of pounds, so why don't we?

It's simple really. We get paid by the lender if you apply through us. On a mortgage of £100,000 we normally get £300 to £500. The lender pays us because they save on their own costs, like staffing and rent for branches.

If you wonder why other brokers charge a fee, you'd better ask them, because we don't understand either.

If you're still desperate to give some money away, could we suggest you try a charity?

Don't forget that there are normally fees associated with setting your mortgage up which are charge by the lender. We have no control over these.
